Patriot Builders, LP can build a custom home, re-model a home/bath, and subdivide/develop land.

Custom Home Build

Our primary fee structure for building a home is based upon the 'cost plus' method.  Our typical build fee is between 15-20% of the project. The fee varies, dependending on the project.  As an example, if Patriot receives an invoice for $1000.00 from a subcontractor for tile, we would invoice the customer for $1,150.00, or 15%.  

We do, as a service to our customers, allow   them to purchase certain 'materials' going into the home.  Appliances are an easy item for the customers to select, pay for on their own.  Our firm will only invoice you for the labor to install thereby saving you money.

Re-Models

Our fee for doing re-model work is 15% of the project using the 'cost plus' method for invoicing.   For example, our firm installs granite tops and kitchen sinks for $2,000.00. Patriot would invoice the customer for $2,300.00.  

Develop/Subdivide Land

Patriot Builders can aid you in the subdivision of land or development of your land.   We can work either 'cost plus' on the subdivison/land development or we can arrange a take down schedule to build on your land/lots.   Each deal is different in scope and nature so please email/call on this service.
